5. Punch the dough down and divide it into two equal parts.
6. Shape each part into a long baguette and place them on a baking sheet.
7. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and allow the baguettes to rise for 30 minutes.
8. Make small slashes on the top of the baguettes and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
