Instructions

1. Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.
2. Marinate chicken with yogurt and spices for 1 hour.
3. Cook marinated chicken in a pan until tender.
4. In a large pot, layer cooked chicken and parboiled rice.
5. Add fried onions, coriander, and mint leaves between layers.
6. Steam (dum) for 20-25 minutes on low heat.
7. Serve hot with raita or salad.
