Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced meat, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and all spices.
2. Add fresh coriander and mix well. If needed, add an egg to help bind the mixture.
3. Shape the mixture into small round balls (koftas).
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the koftas until they turn golden brown.
5. Once fried, remove the koftas and set aside.
6. Prepare the curry by sautéing onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and spices in oil.
7. Add water to make the gravy and let it simmer.
8. Gently add the koftas to the curry and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
10. Serve hot with naan or rice.
